200 x 100 x 12 Mild Steel Unequal Angle S355
The 200 x 100 x 12 Mild Steel Unequal Angle S355 is an asymmetric L-section measuring 200 × 100 mm, with the longer leg carrying most of the section's bending capacity. The extra leg length gives a longer bolt gauge and more room for two rows of fixings, which is often the real reason an unequal angle is specified over an equal one.

At 27.3 kg per metre, one tonne buys roughly 36.6 linear metres. It is heavy enough to need mechanical handling on site, but light enough that a standard HIAB offload covers delivery in one visit. Stock grade is S355 to BS EN 10056-1; other grades are rolled to order. Certification is EN 10204 3.1 as standard, and fabricated items are CE marked under BS EN 1090 EXC 3.
Typically specified for kicker and toe plates, asymmetric framing, shelf and ledger angles, roof and truss members and plant and equipment supports.
Cut-and-drill packages are supplied banded and labelled by mark number on request.
