25 x 100 x 19.63 kg Flatbar S275
25 x 100 x 19.63 kg Flatbar S275 is a mild steel flat measuring 25 × 100 mm, used as plate stock for splices, packers, gussets and flitch work. Bolt spacing and edge distance are what govern a flitch design far more often than the steel section itself — the plate is only as good as the bolt group transferring load into it.

At 19.63 kg per metre, one tonne buys roughly 50.9 linear metres. It is heavy enough to need mechanical handling on site, but light enough that a standard HIAB offload covers delivery in one visit. Supplied in grade S275 to BS EN 10025-2, cut to your lengths and delivered worldwide. Heat numbers are traceable back to the rolling mill, with EN 10204 3.1 certificates issued against each delivery.
Typically specified for bracing straps, fabricated brackets, edging and trim to steelwork, timber flitch beams and splice and gusset plates.
Plates are supplied square-cut as standard; radiused corners and slotted holes are available on request.
