Rolled as a flat bar measuring 8 × 300 mm, the 8 x 300 x 18.84 kg Flatbar S275 covers everything from a simple packer to a structural flitch plate. At 18.84 kg per metre, one tonne buys roughly 53.1 linear metres. It is heavy enough to need mechanical handling on site, but light enough that a standard HIAB offload covers delivery in one visit. Held in S275 to BS EN 10025-2 and cut to length before it leaves the yard. Mill certificates accompany every load, and any fabrication is executed under our BS EN 1090 EXC 3 factory production control.
