150 X 75 X 18.0 kg PFC Mild Steel Channel S275
The 150 X 75 X 18.0 kg PFC Mild Steel Channel S275 is a hot-rolled channel measuring 150 × 75 mm, with parallel inner flange faces so washers and plates seat flat without taper packs. Used in pairs either side of a timber member, channels form a very effective flitch arrangement without the through-bolting depth a plate would demand.

At 17.9 kg per metre, one tonne buys roughly 55.9 linear metres. This is a mid-weight member: comfortable for a telehandler or small mobile crane, and heavy enough to carry meaningful load without doubling up. Stock grade is S275 to BS EN 10025-2; other grades are rolled to order. Certification is EN 10204 3.1 as standard, and fabricated items are CE marked under BS EN 1090 EXC 3.
Typically specified for kerb and trench edging, lintels with a flat back to the wall, stair stringers, floor edge trimmers and cladding and sheeting rails.
Tell us which flange face must remain clear — we set out the drilling from that datum rather than from the section centreline.
