Universal Column Welded Flat Bar
Delivered as a finished assembly, the Universal Column Welded Flat Bar removes the site welding from your programme. Fabricating off site compresses the programme: the assembly is being built while groundworks continue, and the crane visit is a single lift rather than a sequence.

Light enough to be manoeuvred through existing openings, it is a common choice where a crane simply cannot reach the working face. Held in S275 / S355 to BS EN 1090 and cut to length before it leaves the yard. Mill certificates accompany every load, and any fabrication is executed under our BS EN 1090 EXC 3 factory production control.
Typically specified for bespoke welded units, twinned and plated beams, goalpost frames, welded portal assemblies and beam-and-column sub-frames.
Lifting lugs can be welded on and removed after erection if that suits the site method statement.
