Pre-fabricated assemblies are made up here — twinned beams with top and bottom plates, goalpost frames, welded sub-assemblies — so that what arrives on site is lifted, levelled and bolted rather than built.
Every assembly is welded by coded welders under BS EN 1090 EXC 3, with the constituent sections fully mill-certified. Send the drawing and we will confirm what can be made up in one piece and what has to be jointed on site.
